A Collaborative Approach to Mental Health and Wellness:
An approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health.
Modalities are approaches or methods that a therapist will use to help you reach your goals.
Encompasses a range of treatments that involve activities with horses and other equines to promote human physical and mental health.

Giddy Up for Wellness
Serving the Greater Fayette County region, Giddy Up for Wellness brings mental health and wellness services directly into the community.
Services include individual, couple, and family support, as well as group workshops. Care is funded through insurance, sliding scale options, and grant support, ensuring no one is turned away based on ability to pay.

Heart
Focused on veterans, first responders, and their families, Calm Valor Recalibration provides culturally competent mental health and wellness support.
This program is designed to meet the unique challenges of those who serve, strengthening individuals, families, and the broader community.
